Mr. Li Zhongyong, Chairman of the Group Company, was born in Haicheng, Liaoning in 1969, and obtained EMBA degree from The Open University of Hong Kong. In 1980s, he set foot in the business field and founded Anshan Tianxing Industrial Development(Group) Co., Ltd., and has served as the Chairman so far.

He has successively served as the Vice President of Anshan Young Entrepreneurs Association, the Vice Chairman of Anshan Federation of Industry and Commerce, the Vice Chairman of Anshan Youth Federation, the Vice President of Anshan Volunteer Service Association, the member of the 13th, 14th and 15th Anshan Municipal People's Congress and the member of the Standing Committee, the Vice Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce directly under Liaoning Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, the Vice President of the Member Chamber of Commerce directly under Liaoning Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, and the Vice Chairman of Liaoning Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, etc.

He has won many honors and titles, such as the China Youth May Fourth Medal, the Third “China Youth Entrepreneurship Award”, the 19th “China Top Ten Outstanding Young Persons” Nomination Award, the National “Excellent Private Entrepreneur Caring for Employees”, Excellent Member of Liaoning Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, Liaoning Top Ten Economic Figures, Liaoning Youth May Fourth Medal, the 14th “Liaoning Top Ten Outstanding Young Persons”, the First Liaoning Youth Entrepreneurship Award, the Outstanding Builders of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in Liaoning Province, the Outstanding Private Entrepreneurs in Liaoning Province, and the Labor Model in Liaoning Province, etc.
