On August 16, 2014, in order to improve the employees’ ability to plan MD cases, the Commercial Operations Department specially conducted a training on “commodity planning”. Through the planning principles, the employees had a deeper understanding of the market trends in Anshan, and then considered the target market, image, competition, customer segmentation, customer feedback, cost, profitability, risk and other related factors. In the process of making MD decisions, they can be more convinced that their product portfolio has uniqueness and other competitive differentiation, and is consistent with their own business positioning.
