On April 22, 2015, Anshan City held the First Member (Representative) Congress and the Founding Meeting of the Volunteer Service Association. The Chairman, Vice Chairmen and Secretary General of Anshan Volunteer Service Association were elected at the meeting. Li Zhongyong, Chairman of the Group Company, was elected as the Vice Chairman of Anshan Volunteer Service Association.
