I am a new employee who has just been admitted to Tianxing Group Company. From interview to entry, I felt the humanized management of the group company and the enthusiasm and warmth of Tianxing people everywhere.
I came to Tianxing Group Company by submitting my resume online. The staff who received me were very enthusiastic and calmed my nervous mood, which deepened my impression of Tianxing Group. At that time, I secretly said in my heart that if this company gave me a chance, I am willing to work hard in this warm and big family.
The first interview went smoothly. Soon I received a call from the Company to inform me of the second interview. I was really happy. I was really looking forward to working in this company and creating my career. When I came to the company again, I felt very cordial and my mood was much calmer than the first time. While I was waiting for the interview, a small detail made me feel good about Tianxing people. I remember that day, I was sitting on the sofa waiting for interview, and there were many job seekers beside me. At this time, a clerk from the Personnel Department gave a job seeker a resume form to be filled out, probably because of heat and tension, that job seeker was sweaty. I saw the clerk kindly handed a tissue to the job seeker. Maybe it's nothing, but this small move made me sigh with emotion! I used to go to a company for an interview, and I felt that the interviewer was very serious. This might show his majesty, but it also made job seeker more nervous and felt rejected. I really can't feel this in Tianxing, what I feel is the kindness and warmth of Tianxing people. After successfully passing the interview, I was notified to receive induction training in the group company. Through the induction training, I had a deeper understanding of the past and future of Tianxing Group. I am extremely honored to be able to work in such an enterprise, and I am more confident in my future.
I am currently working as a clerk in the Operation Department of the Hotel Investment Management Company. Although I am only a negligible clerk, I believe that as long as I work hard, there must be hope. I believe that Tianxing will be better tomorrow!
